Branch Manager Opportunities at Star Financial

Role Overview
We’re opening Branch Manager opportunities for proven leaders who can recruit, coach, and scale production while maintaining clean, compliant pipelines.

What You’ll Do

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team (LO recruiting, onboarding, coaching).

• Drive branch production across Conventional, Government, and Non-QM.

• Partner with Processing/Underwriting to close on time.

• Manage branch P&L, forecasts, and KPIs; improve pull-through and margins.

• Ensure compliance with LO Comp, TRID, ECOA, Fair Lending, and company policies.

• Develop Realtor®, builder, and community partnerships (bilingual outreach welcomed).

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years mortgage leadership (Branch or Sales Manager) with recruiting success.

• Active NMLS (and state licenses as needed); clean compliance history.

• Track record of 10–15+ funded units/month across team, with quality metrics.

• Strong Non-QM familiarity and partner network. Spanish bilingual a plus.

KPIs

• Monthly funded volume & units; app→close pull-through.

• Net branch margin, condition count/turn times, compliance defect rate.

• Team recruiting/onboarding velocity and partner retention.
